Returns and Exchanges

Eligible items may be requested for return within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions below and without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.

Items should be unused and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging and proof of purchase. Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item.

The customer may bear return shipping costs when changing their mind. For defective, incorrect or non-conforming items, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue; the case will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Exchanges depend on availability of the requested size or item.

Exceptions may apply to custom-made products and other cases provided for by law, without prejudice to your rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.
